I absolutely agree with Paul Roberts. We used him for installation, ARC request, and we still buy our American flags from him. Also, he recommended Operation Shoebox for old American flags. They use the stars for troop packages and gift boxes. He will see that the old flags get to them, or the old flags can be dropped off at Lake Miona recreation center.
