Default Chicken wings

I was asked to get chicken wings for a mothers day party.
Any suggestions as to what restaurants have the best wings for take out ?

Thanks, Don

PDQ has chicken tenders, not wings, but they are very good with several types of sauce.

I enjoy the garlic parmigiana wings from Fresh Market.

I've always liked Gators Dockside for wings. Lately I've been getting wings from "It's Just Wings". They're online order only (doordash.com has them) and they're very good and it's done through Chili's. I've done delivery, but also did pick up to save a few dollars and you can get large quantities. You can get 32 bone in or 44 boneless wings for $32 plus tax (and delivery if you go that route).

I'm also a Hooter's wings guy but closest one is Ocala.

You also get curly fries. A one person order is 8 bone in wings with fries for $10 plus tax (and delivery if you go that route).

Same here, but I'm not a huge fan of cold wings - when they are no longer crispy and hot, so rarely do the delivery option.

Publix does a very good job on chicken wings. I like Gator's Dockside too, but their wings are pretty small compared to Publix.

There is a difference between price and value. Publix for fried, rotisserie chickens, and according to these posts, true of wings, uses far larger chickens than the others. I used to regularly go to a diner and the owner became sort of a friend. Old story but, I recall him saying he would buy big Turkeys as the quantity of meat to bones would be higher in a larger turkey

Closest to real Buffalo wings I used to get in Buffalo NY.

Just cook up a batch and add your own seasonings
