What is a Flashback dance?? For neighborhood parties, many organized people make meatballs in a crockpot, lasagna, etc. Being lazy, I usually pick up cooked chicken pieces from Publix Deli .. they disappear in a hurry!

Talking

Flashback is a 7 piece band, all Villagers.
It's not a neighborhood party.....it's a dance at colony rec center.
I love that fact that so many of The Villagers are such interesting and talented people and I look forward to hearing their music
and dancing! I haven't danced w my sweet Parkinson's hubby in a long time.
He's feeling much better.

Call Sweetbay and order a pound or two of chicken wings. They have both mild and zingers and they are both awesome. People will snap them up!

Agree with that, Wing Dings and Wing Zings from Sweetbay's are winners. So are home made deviled eggs and meatballs. Always gobbled up. If the crowd is not drinking alcohol, try sweets, good with coffee.

We do this all the time, ideas: hummus and pita, salsa &chips, wings, sandwiches, pasta salad and rolls, chicken salad and bread or crackers. The only limitation is what you like to eat. Some tables (if you know each other) plan a menu like salad, pasta, dessert and each couple brings an item making sure there is enough for all at the table. Have fun with it. We see Flashback on Sunday and are really excited, they are terrific. Good luck.
