I had a Morton’s neuroma treated successfully by a orthopedic surgeon 30 years ago.

That "numb area" wasn't explained to you prior to surgery?

I tell you what I was told by my doctor- The neuroma can be removed but some patients are left with the permanent sensation that their toes are 'asleep'... tingling. My orthotics have made 100% of the pain go away for 35 years.

If so, who was your Dr.? And did the surgery correct the problem successfully?
