I live in an 1190 sq ft courtyard villa, and have awful floooring that is buckling. The box says it is rigid luxury floor waterproof. What ever that is.
I have read many, many posts about flooring, all good, but after so many, confusing. I you have LVF, please tell me what grade, where you bought it and who installed it, if not a flooring company. I would appreciate any and all replies. I am overwhelmed. I think the best way for me is to go to a reputable flooring and get it done. Please suggest. Thank you in advance.

Literally, the first thing we did was pull up the carpets in all three bedrooms and put down LVP in all three. Roberto’s did the job and they were great. They removed all the carpet and installed everything in one day. They sent a cleaning service the next morning, but the installers were so neat, it really didn’t need much cleaning. I loved working with Roberto’s. And happy to have no carpet in the house. I’m sorry I can’t tell you what grade it is.

We bought Mohawk Luxury Vinyl Plank from Lowe's. This is a 100% vinyl product, it is very flexible, in fact I used a box cutter to cut the pieces. This product is laid DIRECTLY on the concrete, per the manufacturers instructions do NOT install any padding. I did the install myself, 2 bedrooms, 3 closets, and a hallway. This product is almost as quiet as carpet, and it is much warmer to walk on than tile. It is also 100% waterproof. Ours has been down for around 3 years and looks as good as new.
Send me a PM and we can discuss over the phone, and I could show you the installation and the product as I have spare pieces.
