Default Is the Aspen model new?

Is the Aspen model new, or did it have another name earlier? Are there both stucco and sided models with the same floor plan?

Thanks for any replies! Pat

Loved the Aspen, only thing that changed my mind is the big beautiful shower and the closet are almost connected and the humidity would not be good for my clothes....But if the closet was outside the bath, That would of been the one.....

Aspen is not real new---maybe 3 years young. There are a couple on my street in Sanibel. Nice homes.

It is only available in block/stucco at this time. I would consider the frame/siding version if one was available. But at this point it isn't.
But then prices go up July 1... So maybe new models as well?? Don't know.

To answer your general question about are there models that come in Vinyl and Stucco the answer is yes. The give them different names for example we have an Iris but the frame version is called the Lilac. The frame version has a slightly larger room size because the blocks are wider than the wood frame.
