Default Community Standards

Just got a copy of the community standards for our area in the historic side. They were written in 1968 and have not been updated since 1989. One point is that we have to notify the developer if we are going to be gone more than 7 days. Also, we must give him/her/them when we will return.

Anybody going the developer's number so I can let them know?

That provision is in our standards as well. When we first moved here we did notify them when we were going to be away for an extended period. Then a couple of years passed before our situation called for notifying them. I tried my best to notify someone and no one knew what I was talking about. I guess that is one community standard that we can ignore.
