The 620 acres that are within Fruitland Park are only about one-half of the area that TV could develop. TV already owns about 613 acres in unincorporated Lake County which is south of and adjacent to of the 620 acres in Fruitland Park. That's a total of about 1,233 acres into which TV could expand.

So if TV expanded by another 1,233 acres, that would be approximately 4,000 more homes and another maybe 6,000 residents as not every home would have 2 residents. And that is on top of what is already in the works for TV? Wow.

Can someone explain where exactly this piece of land is? Is it the area of 466a toward Rolling Acres?

Thanks. If they go ahead with that plan sure hope they include another shopping plaza & grocery store, Colony Plaza couldn't handle more people.
