I have a small job for a qualified electrician , tie in from a baseboard socket indoors, to an out doors weatherproof socket, about less than 4 feet away.

Use a licensed electrical contractor with insurance--if a moonlighter gets hurt on your property you're screwed.

Do yourself a big favor. Call Seniors vs Crime and find out about electrical work done by unlicensed workers.

It probably won't matter. He was a multiple no show at our house. We have been very pleased with everything Lenhart has done.

I was going to suggest Lenhart, too. They were professional and reasonable. We wouldn't take a chance with someone without insurance.

OP, there are other concerns associated with what you are attempting to do. As previously mentioned, use a licensed electrician, I have used both Lenhart and ECI. This may be more complicated then you are expecting.

I'm a retired electrical contractor, if something goes wrong who can you blame---look in the mirror , if you don't hire a real licensed trades person--this goes for all trades that require a license.
