Default Garage door remotes

Have been having incidents finding overhead garage door open when returning from errands. If anyone has had this issue; what have you done to solve it?

Default Open door

Change your code. Someone near you may have the same code

Be careful when you 'change' the remote code. Most of these remotes allow multiple codes. So make sure that you erase all prior codes first, then put in a new one.

Smile New House ??

If so, call warranty. They will call Ro-Mac for a service call. The Tech will change the code and fix your system. It's free

I had the same problem and the solution is as follows. The pad inside your garage is faulty and needs to be replaced.

The person to fix the problem is : Ryan O'Cull ...Telephone ( 352 ) 617-0522.

Had the same problem and called Ryan. He changed the controller inside the garage and it hasn't had any problems since. He knows all there is to know about garage doors.
