When I called our sales guy about the fences, he also mentioned that the Hemingway homes would be the last to have gas appliances. At first it almost didn't register but I have a slight preference for cooking with gas. But, from a long term standpoint, we here up north have seen nat. gas costs go sky high. It used to be the cheapest energy for homes but no more. My question is: Is is cheaper to run a TV home with gas or electricity? How about the future?
