The offense is known as "left wheels to curb."
Title XXIII MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter 316 STATE UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL 316.195 Additional parking regulations.— (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels parallel to and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.

I have been witness to PLENTY of examples of poor driving (car or golf cart) throughout the whole summer. I thought snow birds came down during the late fall/winter? Ever consider that maybe, just maybe, this is an example of a full time resident who should not have the privilege of driving any longer? Or could it be an inexperienced driver? How about (gasp) one of the "entitled" who live here and feel they can do whatever they want whenever they want?
If you are going to blanket blame the negatives on the snowbirds, are you also thanking them for paying amenity fees for services they don't use as often as a full time resident? How about thanking them for spending money supporting the businesses here so a full time resident doesn't have to pay much more for goods and services? Good grief!

Give these full timers a break. Some of these old folks are over 70 and still dragging their carcass behind the wheel.
