Default Gas hot water heater

We replaced ours through the gas company, They do it all and you pay it off monthly with no interest. Ours adds $10/monthly on our bill.

Home Depot and Lowes now subcontract out installation and we were not satisfied with their installer. Therefore we are getting references from TOTV.

We are TECO customers so rebate will apply.

Call the Gas company. Teco replaced ours and all we had to pay up front was $50 for a new expansion tank required by code now. They add $16 a month on your gas bill for 5 years to cover the cost interest free. ($960 total)

As long as you are getting quotes, I suggest getting a quote for a tankless water heater. We just made the switch.

We had Teco replace ours and we paid monthly for it instead of all at once.

Lowe’s or Home Depot. Good prices on a good selection and better guarantees and service than you could expect from an independent plumber.

Lowes handle mine. Tank and installation was just over $900 after teco rebate and military discount.
