Default Patio Villas

Are Patio Villas available in concrete/stucco in addition to frame like the Courtyard Villas, or are the Patios just frame?

Thanks all..........

If you want a Villa in Block/stucco you have to go to the Courtyard Villa. Nothing wrong with the frame----many actually prefer frame and vinyl so they don't have to paint every five years or so. Good luck.

sometimes cracks in the stucco causes leaks in your home

a two bedroom courtyard villa is pretty comparable and not priced much more.

The stucco can/will crack, you seal and paint it, no big deal

we moved from frame to CBS and prefer the CBS, ton's quieter and more solid feeling, just our opinion.
