I just paid my current CDD I noticed there is a new line item charge listed as "TRASH SURCHARGE" Mine was 0.34 cent Does any one know what and why this charge is showing up?

Up north surcharge was for gas hikes. It was $4.00 for 3 months

On your Jan bill under the graph under ANNOUNCEMENT reads that it is a fuel surcharge...those announcements are there every month...read them it may answer many of your questions also you can go to districtgov.org the district website
