Hi everyone:
As I write this post, I'm sitting on the veranda of the Sales Center in Lake Sumter Landing...

We purchased a new Designer in St. Charles [Duchess Loop] on Tuesday and will close in June.... Can't Wait!

Flying tomorrow, but will be partying at LSL tonight!

I wondered the same thing as Village07. Did you get one of the furnished models??? I loved the Lantana with the pool that backs up SeaBreeze. I loved them all. That is a great street. Congratulations and the most sincere Welcome to YOU!!

I noticed the Dutchess Loop Bridgeport vanished from the WEB ----Thought that was a nice location --actually we are coming down on 6/3 and hoped it was still available ...

If that's the house I think it is...model home with swim spa overlooking the golf course, then that's our dream home! JUST BEAUTIFUL and IMO, a great buy! I hope when we are ready to buy I find one just like it! Our home goes on the market in a few days so I'm buying a St. Joseph statue today!!!

Congrats...and I know many happy days are awaiting you!

I didn't see a Lantana model on Dutchess Loop for sale. The one we were watching was a Bridgeport furnished model...and it disappeared from the web a couple of days ago.

Which model did you get Memason?

Sorry Kelsie... We bought the Bridgeport model. However, it was sold before we got here and the deal fell through, so it was available again.

There are lots of great homes here...

Hi N'awlins.... Yes, we got the model with the swim spa on the golf course. Unfortunately, we already have enough furniture to furnish a 3500sq.ft+ home and it's spread over Two continents. Looks like we're gonna be doing some house cleaning

Anybody need some furniture...some in Germany, Chicago and now Florida!
