I don't understand why they are prorating ours and not paying for labor. Any thoughts?

We were able to get our roof replaced after a year of wrangling with OC, but our house was built in 2003. Just a FYI to everyone getting ANY roofing job done, DO NOT use Bone Dry Roofing. It was a real nightmare dealing with them.
