My Mom is in Steeplechase Retirement Home (behind Walmart on 466). I used to be able to get there via golf cart, but not anymore. The only legal path was to cut through the Lutheran Church parking lot (the one that looks like a mission with 3 bells, behind Bealls on 466). They padlocked the gates with a sign stating that they agreed to allow golf carts provided everyone obeyed the rules or something along those lines...anybody know what happened?
