Default Punxsutawney Phil
Wondering if Punxsutawney Phil’s jurisdiction includes The Villages? His prediction of six more weeks of winter is certainly coming true up north. We just had our third snow since he saw his shadow. I am anxiously awaiting to be in our villages home in six weeks.

I bet the mayor of Punxsutawney and the business owners there would disagree with you. It is a stupid stunt that has long captured the attention of news media and America. It brings in a ton of money and media attention to their small town and I'm sure they're very happy for it. Especially on days that otherwise might not have much news. Do not expect it to end anytime soon.
