Default Golf cart accident yesterday

On our way to Lake Sumter Landing around 3:15, we happened upon a golf cart accident near Palmer Legends Country Club. Don't know what happened but transport was there--there was an injured woman lying on the path being treated. There were numerous carts there so don't know if this was a single cart accident or not. There was one cart--the windshield had been knocked out and it was folded and in the front seat. Thoughts and prayers to the victim and her family. Hope she is o.k. Very disturbing to see.

No one mentioned on here the golf cart and car collision on Morse north of 466 last week. The cart was also "folded" and the medical transport was there, a lot of damage to a very shabby old car sitting off the road on the other side, but I thought some if it may have been old damage. Woman sitting in it smoking a cigarette looking awfully stressed. Our guess is that the cart had been rear ended and pushed against someone or something else. The person in the cart had to be hurt. We felt awful to see this. Had anyone heard if that person is o.k.?
