Default Bob Evans is remodeling on 466
We drove to Bob Evans for Breakfast this morning and it was being remodeled. lot's of traffic with on lookers

Are you kidding me? That restaurant was always busy! I leave for the summer and they tear down Bob Evans? That was our "go to" place for all-day breakfast. I hope the restaurant is reopening somewhere in the vicinity.

We ate at Bob Evans on Sunday night. The signing and the staff said that they were closing that night at 8 pm for remodeling. The signs said that the Grand Reopening is June 9.

I thought of more details that seem to point to remodeling...
** About two weeks ago the surface of the asphalt parking lot was coated with black sealer, and the parking lot was re-striped.
** As we walked in Sunday, I noticed several safety posts in the parking lot had "Fresh Paint" signs attached.
** As we were finishing, I saw two manager-types sit down at a table with a guy who unrolled a set of blueprints.
