In all the videos of TV we do not see any Golf Carts parked outside any of the Villas.

Q: In the Patio Villas and Courtyard Villas which have ONE car garage.. Will only one Cart fit in the garage next to a car or will two fit end to end along side a car.

I've rented a number of CYV for family visits. In those with 1.5 car garages, if you put a car in the garage, you can only get a single standard length golf cart in there (without some strange sideways wrangling of the carts). One we rented came with an extended length cart and it would only fit in the car spot in the garage. We just left our car in the driveway. If you want two golf carts in the garage, the best solution for 1.5 car garages is to leave the car in the driveway. Done correctly, you can still get the carts out without moving the car. If you have two cars, many CYV have additional parking locations. Some restrict these spots to visitors, some don't. Many of the newer CYV come with two car garages. I don't know how they would work.

In a patio villa, I was able to get a Kia Soul and two Yamaha carts in the garage. One of the carts was a 4 passenger.
I have a neighbor 2 doors down that also does it and he has a larger SUV, and he backs it in!!! ������
One cart (longer) goes in first, very close to wall on kitchen door side, second cart into normal cart spot. Car pulls in as close to first cart, so you can exit driver door, and still have room to walk next to driver side of car.
It’s a bit of a hassle but doable!

Just get two car garage CYV. Hardly no room in 1 1/4 garages. You say 1 1/4 ? Cause 1/3 full with water heater, washer dryer, furnace, and half room extending into garage depending on model? In my district rules are vehicles parked outside in drive way only, this includes golf carts. But some don’t follow rules. One guy in my neighborhood got 2 cars, two golf carts and company work van, can’t get none of them in garage. He lives in middle,,how like live next to that trying to get out of curved driveway?

The new design courtyard villa south of 44 have straight driveways and two car garages. One car and two carts fit easily and are easy to back out onto the street. Many have two car garages with a golf cart garage.

Don't buy a courtyard villa with 1.5 garage with curved driveway. Before I bought my designer with 2 plus cart garage, I rented in Charlotte with such an arrangement; there were 3 gentlemen who walked the neighborhood every afternoon and they were very determined to help me get the car and cart both into the garage (without driving thru the rock beds). After much mansplaining and encouragement, I succeeded, only to find that I couldn't open the car door to get out. So I left the cart pulled up to the front door under the overhang and quit trying. Such a nuisance. And remember there is very limited storage in Villages houses, and the garage is needed for storage, too. Good luck.

I have a 4 year old Patio Villa with a standard 2-car garage. I can easily fit a car plus 2 golf carts in it. Last winter I had an SUV, golf cart, 12' long utility trailer, 4 bicycles and 2 kayaks all inside the garage with room still for a 2 workbenches, shelving, cabinets, water softener and assorted yard tools and the typical garage stuff.

It depends on how long and wide your car is.
If you have a compact car you can fit car and 2 golf carts but a car any bigger you may have issues.
