Default Never

We have never used anything but “regular” gas in our cart…and 8 years later it still runs like new.

So I assumed they were out?

so other than there, and the Villages Golf Cart gas stations, where are other, cart-accessible locations to get non-ethanol gas?

Running a bit low now...

thanks in advance

I have had two gas carts 2010, now a 2020 I've always used reg. gas never seen a reason to use non-ethanol.

Any WaWa station will have it, most RaceTrack stations will also, this is common since most boat engines need to use Gas without Ethanol. Go to Gas Buddy and select either Rec90 or Non Ethanol Gas, although your golf cart can use Ethanol Gasoline, it will thank you long term

Changing oil at longer intervals is the wrong message to put out. You are correct that SOME oil can last up to 15k miles (only synthetic) but if you tell people this, they won’t change their oil filter for 15k miles and the filter gets dirty around 5000 miles and needs to get changed

Default Reg 87 Octane

Read your manual it calls for regular 87 octane No need to use ethanol free gas and spend that money it even tells you on the engine compartment 10% or less ethanol is fine.

Ditto on the blended gas. My 2014 Yamaha manual allows up to 10% ethanol.

I just bought a 2022. Now I have to look to see what the manual says. I’ve always preferred non ethanol gas in anything I’ve owned with small engines, especially generators.

No need for non-ethanol gas except for > 1 month of storage, then use stabalite
gas additive

The problem here is that there is no way of knowing if you are actually pumping a maximum of 10% ethanol. Our Ford field engineers did random testing of fuel at the pump and found much of the time higher than 10%. Running higher than 10% in small engines can cause damage. Boat manufacturers and all small engine manufacturers warn of this. If you keep your golf cart for several years it may not be worth the gamble. At 40 MPG and only few cents more it may not be worth the gamble.

I always gas my cart up at the Wal-mart neighborhood market gas station on Moyer Loop, just off 466a, directly across from the Publix shopping center, and they always have non-ethanol. Which is what my car likes too.
