Default GET Ava & Angus into charter schools Please!

Hi My daughter is 9 and my son is 6 we are relocating to Lady LAKE area from NH and really want our kids to go to the charter schools . I will be working from home and my wife will be looking for a job in the villages , I was wondering if anyone knows someone who has a small office space to sub lease within the villages that I could rent so my kid would qualify to go to the charter schools , I would use the office for a Junk removal business only to do paper work and to make phone calls ect... Truck will be in lady lake any help would be very appreciated

I must be dense today....because I don't quite understand this post. It should be very easy to find office space in The Villages.

You must work for a business in or somehow related to The Villages to have your child allowed to be in the charter schools here.

That is a wonderful thing for us, and for the kids. It brings dedicated parents here to be employed.

It sounds as if the OP just wants to rent a room in a home he can use as an office so he can say the office is in The Villages - and his children could go to the charter school.

Check on your homeowner insurance policy before agreeing would be my reply.

I have been told that an office within a home would not qualify because the home is considered personal property not villages property

I think we all understand that but it is one of those things that is perhaps attainable if your wife finds employment here that allows your children with their lovely names to be admitted.

Wishing you luck. The Charter Schools here are another reason I admire the Morses.

P.S. WHAT are you sellinginthevillages?

I have been in touch with the charter school and realize that employment by a business in the villages is required , I have my own business and am looking to rent a office in the villages , was hoping someone would know a villages business owner that would want to sub lease some space

if one of you have the ability to work part time on a regular basis at a qualified establishment might be a better solution. the pay might not be great, no benefits, but you could get the biggest benefit of all with providing a quality education opportunity for your children. good luck and best wishes.
