Default Need to lift up my Recliner

I did order some chair risers but if they do not work or I need the recliner to be higher (easier to get out of), any suggestions on what to put under the chair to lift it?

The chair is new, so I plan on keeping it.

Thank you!

My mother uses a lift chair that not only assists her in standing, but also lays completely flat for sleeping.

Something (but not exactly) like this: Power Lift Recliners & Chairs | Medium to Tall | 300-500lbs | Lay Flat

I would go with a platform, probably 3/4 inch plywood, and suitable 2 by x pieces to get the correct height. I would size the platform slightly larger than the chair footprint and add metal sides so the chair cannot slip off the wood pedestal.
