There is a guy that sells them and windshield screen's as well at the squares on Market nights and we have also seen him at the Cruise In's.

Sorry I dont have his name/number, but we have bought both the screen and the visor and find them both very helpful. Hope this helps

Default bought online at www.golfcartvisors.com

I bought one online at Easy View Golf Cart Visors, LLC - Home. Liked it and bought another. They seem to be just for golf cart visors and have several different varieties. I have a Yamaha cart that has a small support bar that runs from side to side toward the top of the windshield and the ones I have easily attached to them in just a few minutes. Claim to be made in the USA.

I bought a set from the Villages Golf Carts in Brownwood. They come in a set and they attached to the aluminum header across the top of my Yamaha cart where the roof and windshield meet.

I think the set was about $90-$100 and are smoke tinted.

I installed them myself. There are two brackets per visor. Each bracket has two screw holes for mounting. They supplied the correct size self-tapping screws. I also have the roof shelf and the visors end up raising and lowering without hitting the shelf.

If you visit, they will show you a set.

I bought a solar film from Lowe's (normally used for windows), and applied a 6 inch wide strip (using soapy water) to the inside of the golf cart windshield, works very well for us.

I bought some static cling automotive darker tint film at Advance Auto and applied a strip across the top of the windshield about 7” high. Does a nice job of blocking the morning sun. If I recall the cost for material was about $12. Also buy a small plastic Bondo applicator for applying and smoothing out the film.

I guess I have thought of it. I rarely use one in the car so for the cart I never gave it a thought. I guess I use my hand or move my view so the mirror blocks the sun. Also rare but I put up my tinted windshield if really needed.

As an alternative, I purchased window tint sheets from Advance Auto and cut a strip about 10” long and applied it to the top part of the fold down windshield. It works pretty good when driving into the Sun, but you can still see through it.

Love, love, love the visors we got them at Village Carts. They also installed them. Every time we drive west on Pineallis we mention that the visors were money well spent.

Ours were installed at Village Golf Cars and there are two (one for each person) and you flip them down when needed. We too have the shelf above.
