Anyone know of a roofing contractor that will do REPAIRS and not just want to replace a roof?

Had a garage expansion about 2 years ago done by a contractor who no longer is around (and if he was I wouldn't call him anyway) and developed a very small, slow leak into the garage that drips only during heavy wind/rain. Seems to have started about 2 months ago after a very heavy wind/rain storm. Sent up my drone to look and take pictures and there is nothing obvious. The roof peak ridge vents look fine but I think it may be from a channel molding that looks to be slightly pulled away from where the garage section meets the lower living area section.

Seems the "big guys" and "well known" folks don't want to deal with repairs and only want jobs with roof replacement (the rest of the roof is only 6 yrs old) and don't even want to check it out.

To repeat .. the original contractor is no longer available so calling them is not an option.

I had a persistent small leak in my sunroom ceiling. The insurance company gave me the run-around and could find nothing wrong. I gave up and called Scotts roofing (352) 867-0044, they sent a great older guy who got up on my roof and found a loose staple and tile. He repaired it then and there . I thought they were excellent and will use them for a roof job when I need it.

Call Woodys roofing...he is not the cheapest guy but he is the best. I and others have been using him for ten years. Just repaired a leak we had last week. Does not replace a roof, only does repairs. Tell him the painting lady sent you.
