Default looks like we are finally coming!

We have been trying to sell our home in Michigan for the last two years. Retired in Feb. of this year and decided to just live in Michigan in the summer and motor home in Florida in the winter. Got a call out of the blue from our realtor two years ago asking if we still wanted to sell because he thought he had a family that would be interested in our home. We first told him no and then thought and decided to see what might happen. Came back with an offer more that we had the house listed the last two years. If all goes well we will be in The Villages in July to buy and hope to move sometime in September.

WHOA! Another Muskegonite! What part? We were in Harbour Towne, put the condo up for sale briefly in summer of 2012, but took it off after a month. The market was not good. We tried again in May of 2013, and it sold in a week at a nice price.

I'm so glad to see things are picking up in Muskegon. It has beautiful waterfront (I so miss the dog beach), a great inland sailing lake and is kind of a diamond in the rough. We always hoped not too many people would discover it.

Welcome!

We are at that stage now. We have listed our home two months ago so far no luck. We will be coming as soon as an offer is signed.
