I have not "forced my opinion" on you. Yes, I said you were obsessed with the fact that you would never buy a home if the owner didn't have an ongoing termite contract[/U] on the property. I called your bluff by saying that when a lender has a qualified company do a termite inspection for the purpose of someone's mortgage, and the property was found to be termite-free, that is proof that the house is in termite-free condition and you basically said that wasn't good enough for you. Huh???

Further, you are accusing me also of using "insulting and inflammatory language." Please expand on that along with my other above questions upon which you refuse to respond. And yes -- I brought this over to an unrelated topic because of your refusal to back up the accusations you made about me.

A "reply" is in response to something that someone has said. It isn't that I don't like your replies. There simply aren't any!

The end ......IMO to one of the more odd discussions concerning a absent poster...How do we get 123 different posts that range from love to hate to almost every subject in the middle...

Almost seems like we have beat this horse way beyond what the subject matter was intended...I think......Im sure more stuff will follow....

Do feel bad about the horse, should have ended this conversation quite a while ago and sent him to the glue factory.

Agree 100%. I have no idea how this thread drifted from GG to fonts to termites, but we need that big RAID or Black Flag can to kill it.

Since you are in the newer aspect of posting, on TOTV, you definitely missed some good posts from GG, and some not so great.
Not agreeing with GG about certain topics was not easy to deal with. Those who opposed, would usually take a break and close down their PM, for awhile.

While mostly I did enjoy GGs posts, I too had to remove myself several times, before my posts became as under handed as the responses. What really annoyed me was her need to question what sex I was, (not sure why it was a concern) and that multiple people must post under my name, causing the thought I could be male or female. So your comment about attacking others for disagreeing, in my case started with GG.

Well, if someone I have never met on an anonymous forum asked me my gender I would simply say, “Take your pick.” Personally, it’s ok with me if people disagree with my opinions, but I suppose it can get out of hand.

I cannot imagine what someone's gender has to do with what their comment is. The gender of some posters' comments is obvious because of their name or photo, but realistically, most of the time, it doesn't matter.

And Velvet, I don't care what your gender is. I have found what you say, generally, is intelligent and worthy of posting, hence reading.

Well said. Unfortunately, many of those who've made comments on this thread have never shared the same experience as you (or me!).
It would have made the others more understanding and knowledgeable.
