You are probably talking about Camp Villages. It starts in June and you can probably start getting info around May, 2016.

Here is a link to the 2015 program that should give you an idea about what goes on:

Camp Villages is a very, very popular program. Many activities sell out the first day. The best way to prepare is to discuss what activities the grand kids (and you) want to participate in and what dates they were offered based on last year's catalog (but keep in mind programs and dates do change from year to year). Then settle on potential dates for a visit. Get the catalog when it comes out in April, and have all your choices planned by the time the tickets actually go on sale (hopefully you guessed right on your assumptions). Some activities are offered almost every week and some only once or twice during the Season. The programs put on by members of Villages organizations usually make up the bulk of limited offerings.
You will notice that most of the outdoor activities are scheduled in the mornings and indoor classes are usually in the afternoons. After all, it is the middle of the afternoon thunderstorm rainy season. Weekends are usually free of activities and a great time to head to the Gulf beaches for fun in the warm Gulf waters.
