Has anyone had a birdcage constructed with a solid top/roof to keep out the sun and rain?

My husband and I had a birdcage with a roof built and completed this past May. Up North we call this construction a "screen room". We luv, luv, luv it. It was built with fans, lights, additional electric and television against back wall. Brian Terry Vinyl did the build. We were very happy with the project from beginning to end.
