There is new fencing along the golf cart path that runs parallel to Colony Blvd. This fencing borders the golf course that faces Morse Blvd. I think that is the fencing that is being referred to.

I think since they kinda snuck the taxes in on our playing fees this year that covers part of the payment...

All the fencing along the golf cart path on Morse between Bailey Trail by Mallory and Odell Circle by Havana has been replaced and restrained in the past year or so. This is the fencing between the homeowners lot and the shrubbery. Probably part of the ongoing replacement program throughout TV.
