As a new resident to the villages I have a question. Our movers just finished delivering our furniture and we have some excess items that need removal. The items are not of any value so the question is, is there a bulk type of removal service supplied by the Villages that can come and take away these items. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Call the garbage company. They pretty much pick up anything. If they are items that can be used by others, put an ad on https://groups.freecycle.org/group/LadyLakeFL/posts/all

Free cycle is a Yahoo group that lets folks give away stuff to those who need them for no cost. I've used them many a time and have never regretted it.

If the items are useable, you could contact and donate to Goodwill.
