Default Picture?

Would anyone happen to have a pre drywall picture of what is contained in the area under your Water Heater Tank? Looking for one that the Furnace and Water tank are in the utility closet in the garage on a Designer Home. Thanks

It's the ductwork for your HVAC system

There are also 1 or 2 drain lines, one for the HVAC and one for the water heater drain pan, these MIGHT be connected together. I have pictures of our house under construction, I will need to look an see if one shows this area.

I found a construction photo, showing the duct work in this area. Hope this answers your question, home is a 2013 vintage Designer Gardenia

Our water heater was mounted outside/beside the a/c closet and had nothing under it, with the exception of some plumbing lines in the wall. I cut an access into the drywall, fashioned a "door" from a piece of plywood and now store paint underneath. It's cool and dry.
