The bottom seal on my garage door has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. It appears to be rounded (or at least was when new) and fits into a single track and is secured with a single screw at one end. I called Romac but they said they on carry two-track seal. Any recommendations on where to purchase for self install? Thanks in advance.

I helped 1 or 2 neighbors, this is not a hard project, if you apply soapy water spray to the aluminum channel and the new rubber seal. This makes it MUCH easier to slide in the new seal. Remember to trim AFTER you install. There are typically 2 screws, one at each end, these were installed to keep the rubber from sliding. Send me a PM if you want to discuss further.
I am not sure if there are multiple WIDTHS, I would cut off a sample and at it to the above store to get matching item. Be sure you get one that is slightly longer than the width of your garage door.
