Can someone tell me if they do evaluations on the fields by Magnolia or if they will be doing them at the new Eastport fields?

Find out here. But I think the evaluation may be suspended because Buffalo Glen fields are being renovated this summer. Softball Leagues - The Villages Community Development Districts
After evaluation you will be assigned to a division according to your skill level. All the divisions rotate fields each season. So you may have to drive to a far away field to play. All fields are shut down between seasons for maintenance. The new fields at Farragut are now open and will remain open during the upcoming shutdown of all the other fields (8/17 to 8/31)

Softball Evaluations
Softball Evaluations have concluded for the Summer 2025 Season. Evaluations will resume for the Fall 2025 Season on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 8 AM at the Buffalo Glen Softball Complex, weather permitting. No pre-registration is required. Bring your glove, photo ID, and Villages ID. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
