Their job is to sell you a house and will say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. Look at other places like Top of the World or even closer to Orlando where you can have access to better shopping and variety. Look all over the place.

I dont have a golf cart for sale.
If it was on the front of the car it is a Cub fan plate. The "W" was popular during the World Series. We have a "W" flag we put out whenever the Cubs win a game. Totally legit plate

Our amenity fees do not pay for music in town squares. The merchants pay for the entertainment.

You don't have to pay for shrub trimming or grass cutting if you choose to do it yourself. You do not have to pay to join clubs unless they ask for annual dues to help defray the cost of when they hire entertainment or provide meals. You do not have to pay to join any of the activities that are offered by the Rec centers such as cards, dominos, chess, etc. Costs here are no worse than you would be paying where you come from.

My view of most issues. Do most people have them? The answer does not matter.
If, you want one you can get one. Is it justified? It is up to you.

i don't see very many of those, but a lot of my neighbors have that doorbell/camera thing. there's also an array of dogs, (various sizes) that just wait for a newcomer to walk by so they can set off the other dogs in a barking opus, lol. it gets funny, but we all know when a visitor enters.

She did and… she is not wrong. And she didn’t list things like power washing the house regularly or painting it due to the climate, roof replacement due to hurricanes and hail more often than up north etc. It’s a good idea to have regular money if you buy in TV. Still, if you can afford it and you like what it has to offer - it’s the best!

The difference between $11,500/yr in taxes "up north" for a similar size home to $1600/yr here cover ALL that stuff and more many times over for me!

Hail LOL, IMO now if you came from Midwest like Oklahoma, New, Mexico, Texas, or Kansas where Big hail can kill you. Pea or nickel size hail around here don’t damage roofs. Rare for hail big enough to do damage, damage usually comes from wind damage or small tornado.

My house is 19 years old and not one dent in exhaust vents from hail.

I find it funny that developers and districts owned property can have metal roofs but residents can’t.

You must live in Sumter County or on historical side, now where else pay that low taxes. O wait didn’t Sumter County just raise taxes and all wimps complaining? And STILL pay lowest taxes on average.
