Just curious if anyone has ever heard of this company? I was told today that the owner was previously employed by T & D but left to go on his own. Not having much success with returned calls and wonder if it’s worth it to pursue them. Thanks.

If they’re not returning calls for a sale, that’s a sign they might not be good after the sale.

So as a customer, your willing to spend over 40K for a pool for which is about 25% overpriced and the company fails to even return your initial phone inquiry and you are wondering if you need to pursue them ? Let me think about that one and I'll get back to you real soon.

When the owner of a company is not returning your call when you are a potential customer that is the biggest red flag.
