Default Handling of Villages ID Cards

Given all the caution out there regarding the Coronavirus, would it be possible for us to show our Villages ID cards vs handing them to employees to read? We are being careful to wash our hands frequently etc but handing the cards over might be something we can avoid, at least for now. I am thinking specifically at the starter shacks but I am sure there are other instances where this would work.

I have been here since September this season & haven't handed my card to an employee even once. It is encased in plastic & they have all just scanned it as I held it. So, yes. I would say it is possible. Why would they want your germs?
