The daily newspaper Facebook page posted an article written by the father. While I don't have Facebook, that page is open to the public, even those without a FB account. Touching story, sounds like the boy is doing better but not out of the woods yet...

OMG So touching to read the account in the father's words. Thank you for posting. My prayers that this boy recovers and that he and his family heal.

There are different levels in Trauma Care, EVERYWHERE. For one thing they have pediatrics in Gainesville and head trauma units.

This is a pediatric patient who deserves a pediatrician or even a pediatric intensivist to help manage his recovery, and pediatric subspecialists for whatever organs may have been injured. The Villages does not have much need for pediatric experts. Gracie is correct

Not sure if this link will work but it is the mothers Facebook page. Seams Brayden is doing well and was discharged from the hospital.
