Have any Village residents had a problem
with the tile and/or installation done by Nickel Tile?

If so, could you mention what the problem is/was and
if the issue was handled to your satisfaction?

I would be sure to get estimates from other places as well. When I had carpeting laid, I had estimates from Nickel and Lowe's. Lowe's came in with a lower price for the carpet (same carpet), installation, and Lowe's also measured the same area and was quite a bit less in square footage than Nickel.

Lowe's also gave me a 10% discount with my VA card showing a service connected disability.

Nickel put a backsplash in for us. On time, excellent job, price was reasonable (IMO).

We just had Nickel complete 4 BR's of tiling. Easy to work with,, good price, great work. No problems.

We just recently had warranty work done by Nickel Tile. There service person Guy is just wonderful to work with.

Have had several problems with Nickel in more than one house, Several issues enough to have them reluctantly replace tiles on floor for holes in tile (12 pieces) lots of grout cracks, replace shower floor water flowed away from drain.Sloppy cuts !!! In present house have tiles that are stained inspected by tile rep from Mohawk,was told they need to be replaced they won't do it.Extended tile into master bedroom used Floor Masters much cheaper got same die lot to match (nickel said it was unavailable) Ask for Eddie the installer very professional and did super work no problems!!!

They did our omplete house. I then contracted them to do our Lanai. Happy campers.

I had a small problem when they didn't understand my desires and installed some tile differently. When I called they immediately fixed the situation at no cost. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
