I went back trying to find which video that was in. I couldn't find it, but I do recall it. He was flying the drone and superimposed a map and talked about how he found a large area that was Villages owned approximately 5 miles south of Eastport. Then he kinda talked about how Spanish Springs (opened 1994) is about 5 miles from LSL (opened 2004), which is about 5 miles from Brownwood Paddock Square (opened 2012), which is about 5 miles from EastPort (opening 2025), and the next location about 5 miles from Eastport was already Villages owned. I expect that so-far-unnamed town square to be opening in approximately 2035. I'm'a gonna call it the ElDiabloJoe Town Square.

10 years sounds about right but still seems like most of us spend less and less time at the squares the longer we live here

We did for sure. Starting going every other evening almost, but still average about 6-8 times a month depending on weather since we only drive our golf cart to the squares since it's much easier.

We joined a number of social clubs and go for dinner. entertainment regularly and as we made friends go out to dinner regularly so less need to go to the squares.

Does appear that when females come here they sign a declaration not to invite folks over for dinner but go to restaurants instead.

I am at a loss on the whole concept of those who don’t ever cook in their kitchen. Looking at 8-10yo preowned, many original ovens still had instructions inside.

Even with our 30 day on call stretches, there was always prepared dinner in the fridge. After 40 plus years of juggling work, hockey, cheer, we finally have time to spend in the kitchen. Multiple friends wives refuse to cook now they are retired, because they already did their time. Both of our boys are excellent in the kitchen, making meals that rival any high end restaurant.

We always ask our friends, don’t they get tired of eating mediocre food everyday? Yes but doesn’t mean they will ever waste time in the kitchen. If we eat out once a week it’s rare, if we can make it at home far better, it’s worth 20 minutes out of my day.

Food in restaurants is not as good as what we have had in the past but we go out socially more than we ever have in the past.

Don Wiley of Goldwingnut.com has speculated that Center Hill is a good guess since TV has property down there. I have confirmed through a reliable source that it is on the drawing board but many years away.

I do cook for me and my husband all the time. I'm not a gourmet or anything like that but I do make meals that we enjoy. I make great Chicken Marsala and Chicken Piccata as examples. I just don't have dinner parties at our home with friends as we always go out to restaurants.

I’ve heard rumors that the Morse family has enough land to build on for the next 20 years. So looking long term, we will have squares close to MCO.

Based on further I stand by my prediction on this even more solidly than I did over a year ago when this first aired. Look at the map more closely and you'll see more beyond the 5th square, but obviously these become a bit grayer due to the timeline. As McNeil Drive and Bexley Trail continue to march southward, they will start to converge and diverge like Buena Vista and Morse do at Lake Sumter Landing at the 5th square's location.

Again, this is likely a decade or more in the future, and yes, the developer has enough land to continue to build for the next 20-25 years and my research indicates that, even now, their land aqusitions are far from over.

In 24 years nothing here has been years away. We first were told building south of 466 was 7 years down the line. 4 months later they were building Lake Sumter area.14 months later Lake Sumter had its grand opening.It's been build out non stop since then.
