Help with finding a hedge trimmer

We are pretty desperate to find a hedge and tall holly tree trimmer. Our guy, Alex, who did a great job, is not responding to calls. Our holly tree is pretty tall.

We live in a CYV with no grass, so we do not have a lawn maintenance person.
Any help appreciated.
