Because of the hot street our dogs walked 6:30 5 & 9.
The heat has not been a problem. People need to keep their dogs off of other peoples lawns.

Walk your dogs in the town square between 5 to 9 pm. Pavers much cooler than asphalt. Solves the private property issues. Sure to get you the attention you disparately seek. Wonder how much amenity fees go into constructing and maintaining dog parks.
