By any chance, does anyone know what kind of floors are installed in the anhinga and seagull models homes in the Village of Dabney?

From the pictures it looks like plank but I can't really tell.

Looks like rolled vinyl. If anything more costly, they would likely indicate what it is.

I thought all Designer series had LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) as standard everywhere except bedrooms (carpet) but check with your VLS agent.
