I don't know the answer but in most areas of the country Asian restaurants are open on Christmas.
Seems like a tradition from NYC were the Jewish population go out to eat Chinese while most others eat at home.
I'll bet you'll find the same is true in The Villages.

Our youngest feels everyone should be with family on thanksgiving and Christmas. Will not eat out, stop at a store or play golf, in hopes that if everyone felt the way he does then everyone can be with their loved ones.
