For a home in the mid $300's, what is a rough estimate for insurance, taxes, water bill, internet service.....will be bringing Dish Network for TV.
Also, how is auto insurance there compared to Tampa Bay? |

Since everyone rarely has same need for insurance I would start with citizens insurance. And go from there. If you do a search on this site Gracie girl started a post for all new residents that will be very helpful with all of your questions

I agree with the thread GG started. Tbe listing agent should be able to answer your questions. If not helpful, go to tbe sakes offuce. There is a guesstination of monthly costs in the sales office literature.
Is this your first home purchase? It sounds like it might be. If so, I would suggest you hire a real estate attorney to explain everything you need to do. It also might be a good idea to have your own agent that you pay to work for you. Start out with Citizens Mortgage and The Villages Insurance. Get closed. Get settled. Review all policies annually to decide if you can do better. Other than this being the happiest place on earth other than Disney world, buying here is the same as buying anywhere in Florida. Absoluteky have a home inspection in 11 months after closing.
