Default Home Depot-golf cart

Can you get to the Home Depot on 441 via golf cart? (From the Spanish springs side).
Neither navigation app gets you there.

Exactly, why go past Lowel’s, better than Home Depot in my opinion.

You can Park in the Xfinity parking lot and walk across 441, there is a traffic light at that intersection.

I also could never understand why they would limit people from crossing Rolling Acres rd. to access the plethora of shopping and restaurants in that shopping plaza.

The reason is you can’t cross a road with a speed limit of 35 mph. Yet 30 MPH you can cross, why not just drop the speed limit 5 mph to 30 mph and open up a whole new world to golf carts?

But yet somehow golf carts on North Morse are perfectly safe. lol.

The amount of cross traffic (cars) and the limited island area would make crossing very dangerous (IMHO), this is the reason they blocked CARS from crossing. And of course, the developer does not provide access to any shopping area not under their control and within the villages.

It's strange Del Webb Spruce Creek can cross 441/27 with light to Lowes, Bj’s, and Walmart with a will and a way I'm sure someone could get to Spanish Springs and beyond.

For the creative person Villages property exit gate at Jeffery Ave right on Griffin Ave to row next Presbyterian Church cross Dunning Ave to rear entrance Home Depot.
It would probably take me over a hour by golf cart, I'll take my car 20 min.

No. You can only legally get to establishments within The Villages city limits. This is good for all Villagers as The Villages is a true golf cart community. Keeps our carts in and prevents outside carts from getting access to the amenities that we are paying for.

No legal/safe way for a gas cart to get to Home Depot from "Villages". Crossing from older (historic) section, across Griffin onto Rolling Acres to get to Home Depot isn't advisable or legal unless you have a "street legal" electric cart. It's a long drive; Griffin and Rolling Acres are busy, fast drivers, high traffic roads - not golf cart friendly. Go to Lowe's or take your car to HD.

In other words, using golf cart cannot get there from here.
