Default home owners insurance

Home Owners insurance must be purchased two weeks prior to closing. Where do most people get their insurance from?

I went to Allstate. They placed it with Security First

We went with the Villages Insurance simply for convenience. Everything was such a whirlwind and we were running in every direction so it was just easier to do it this way. We decided in 6 months we would reevaluate and get new quotes from others for home, autos and golf cart insurance

Default From The Villages of course.

From the company store...right across from where you close. We forgot until the day before closing. They had all the info about our home and lot. (New house) Had to call them four or five times before we got the lady who handles it. Guess they are busy.

They think of everything.

We went through The Villages insurance and it was very convenient. Now that we are here 3 months we switched over to AAA. The prices were better with more coverage.

We went with Villages Ins when we first bought, but have switched to AAA. I like the fact that Keriann, our agent, is very accessible. We had had AAA for 10 years for our previous home in South Florida.

One of our houses was hit by a Tornado a few years ago. ASI was great. Could not have ask for better.

We went through Village Insurance 6 years ago and the company they use is ASI and we have been very happy. I found the Village Insurance to be very helpful. We also have our auto and golf cart insurance with them.

We also use AAA for our house. Nancy Sorrentino is excellent, 352-753-2500 x2253. We just added a policy for our golf cart. We will probably add our car when... we have time.
