Anyone have any info on home staging? I am thinking about selling and want to get my price! I have heard staging can be of value!

Yes, staging does indeed help. When we put our house in NJ up for sale, we did stage it and were able to sell it at our asking price within 6 days!

We did it as well on our previous home. I just bought the book and followed the instructions. "Home Staging" by Barb (Schultz ?)
